What is your exchange / return policy?
All designs have been uniquely created to mix and match with various outfits on Moxibod and are custom made just for you. Once you place your order, our teams in California or North Carolina go to work printing, cutting and hand-sewing your items. Production time is 3 - 7 days (excluding holidays and weekends). Most are shipped within 5 business days. Once packaged and ready to go, shipping time is 3 - 6 business days (for US orders). Please allow additional time for International orders.
Because of the custom nature of each product, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Sizing charts are featured in each product listing, please refer to the measurements and be sure to order the correct size. We do our best to share as much information as possible about the clothing you are purchasing so you receive exactly what you're expecting.
If the item shipped to you is misprinted, damaged or defective, send an email to hello@moxibod.com within 5 days of receiving your order and include photo's of the defective product. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the address to send your return. Do not send the item back to the address on the package, or an exchange will not be processed. A new order with a replacement product will be processed and shipped out to you.
When a defective item needs to be returned, it must be unused / unworn and returned in original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for exchange.
All items final sale (including swimsuits, sale items, accessories).
